Operation Friendship International is globally based, with primary chapters in North America & Europe. While Operation Friendship International has a board that oversees the organization in its entirety, each participating country also has a National Board, comprised of members from various local chapters.

Each year, one of the participating countries hosts the International Meeting, where members & voting delegates from each chapter have the opportunity to discuss organization progress, chapter inquiries, updates to our International Constitution (Laws & Bylaws). It is a week full of conversation, reflection, exploration and as well as friendship for friends both near & far.
